Standard: ASTM -- D5142-2009 model: TS-TA500 E-mail: robin@pro-trueview.com

Applications:

TS-TA500 can be used to determine the moisture, ash and volatile matter as well as calculation of fixed carbon and calorific value in coal, coke, calcined petrol coke and other solid biomass fuel etc.
16 samples for moisture & ash, 10 samples for volatile matter
Furnace temperature can up to 1000℃

Highlights:

1.Simulate test environment and condition of drying oven and muffle furnace. Applicable for all type of coal analysis.
2.Assembly line operation mode. Sample weighing, introducing, test, taking, discarding and data processing can be finished automatically.  Fast test speed, high efficiency.
3.Balance away from high temperature and heat radiation. No drift occur. Precise sample mass from beginning to the end of test can be ensured.
4.With special volatile matter crucible and unique automatic sample delivery mechanism, operator do not need to place/take crucible cover under high temperature.
5.Patents ensure the reliability and stability of mechanic movement system. No crucible fall off or turn over.
6.Compressed air can meet the requirement of gas supply, no oxygen and nitrogen required.
7.Capable of connecting with network and balance by RS232 interface.
8.With CAN bus interface, several proximate analyzers can be controlled by a single PC.
