This system mainly used to test the pore forming quality of bored pile. It includes measuring probes for borehole diameter, sediments, verticality and main parts such as winch, cable and wellhead pulley. The main machine is composed of a notebook PC and a portable printer. It can display measuring data and curves in real time. It can also save and print the data, and easy to make a measurement report. The working efficiency is high.

Standard configuration: Ф500mm~Ф1600mm(JJY-2)
Users can select:
A. Install a 200mm extra arm on the original detecting arm to expand the measuring range to maximum Ф2000mm on
base of standard configuration.
B. Ф1500mm~Ф2500mm(JJY-5)
C. Install a 770mm extra arm on the original detecting arm to expand the measuring range to maximum Ф2800mm on
base of B.
2. Precision of borehole measurement:±15mm(JJY-2), ±25mm(JJY-5)
3. Electric current supply for borehole diameter measuring probe: 10mA
4. Sensitivity of borehole diameter measuring probe: ≥100mV/10cm (When the electric current supply is 10mA)
5. Cable length: 100m(125m is optional,maximum)
6. Cable tensile force: 0.35t(The tear-out force is 0.65t)
