Summary
This instrument is designed and manufactured as per standards GB/T 261 Determination of Flash Point - Pensky-Martens closed cup method，American Material and ASTM D93 Standard Test Method for Flash Point by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Tester. It is used to make determination of the closed cup flash point of the petroleum products.According to the standard method,It could determine the flash point of flammable liquid,liquid with suspended particles,liquid tending to film under the test condition and other type liquids.The instrument is widely used in petroleum industry,railway,electricity,universities and research institutes etc. departments.

I. Main technical features
1.    Standards:GB/T 261,ASTM D93 

       According to ASTM D93,It could do A,B and C test.
2.    Adopt the German brand High precision sensor,German quality IPC(Industrial Personal Computer),8 inch colorful
       touch LCD display,automatical heating,testing and igniting etc.functions.
3.    With the barometric pressure sensor, It can correct the influence of atmospheric pressure and calculate the correction
       automatically.
4.    Stir the sample with the stepping motor,stable rotate speed,high accuracy,completely meet the stirring rate of GB/T
       261 and ASTM D93 standards.
5.    Store 200 test results,print the results by the miniprinter,transform the data to LIMS system according to the self-
       development software---Sinopec Lab Information Management System.
6.    Gas supply design:1 solenoid valve to control the total gas source and 2 channels gas source adjusting needle
       valves.The total gas source valve could be opened or closed automatically,to ensure the gas safety.The gas source of
       the kindling and igniting head could be adjusted respectively to realize the best of both worlds.
7.    With the manual operation mode,It checks and simulates the work condition of the instrument various functions,to find
       the problem timely and solve the issue.
