Zhejiang Highway Technicians College Test Center approved by the Bureau of Zhejiang Province was established in April 1998, in September 2003 by the Zhejiang Province Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision Measurement Certification, in September 2008 passed the Ministry of Communications Experts on-site review made highway class A qualification of comprehensive, for our province highway, water transportation engineering test institutions.
