Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per national standard GB/T 4508-2010 Standard Test Method for Ductility of Bitumen and T0605-2011 Asphalt Ductility Test in JTG E20-2011 in the Industrial Standard of People’s Republic of China,Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering and ASTM D113 Standard Test Method for Ductility of Bituminous Materials. It is suitable to determine the distance to which it will elongate before breaking when two ends of a briquette specimen of the material are pulled apart at a specified speed and at a specified temperature,Unit:cm.
I. Main technical characteristics
1.The the operation controller with independent structure design,large (800×480 dot matrix) color touch screen,two
types:wire and wireless operation.
2.English version display screen with many kinds of flexible keys,inner real-time clock,mass memory.It can display and
deal with many different detecting data such as temperature,pulse,optoelectronic input.The parameter setting,working
status and data are all showed in English,more convenient to read.
3.It adopts the split design 50L water tank to independently cool by the water circulation,heat and control the constant
temperature.
4.It use the double water tanks design to make sure the constant temperature accuracy is at ±0.1℃ during the test
time(30 mins) and there are no fluctuation in the water tank.It has the automatic reset after the test,and the system work
again automatically.
5.With the advanced temperature control technology,short cooling time,good temperature control effect,uniform water
bath temperature,At the standard 25℃ room temperature condition,the cooling period time is around 70mins from 25℃
decreased to 5℃.
6.The stretch system adopts the external lead screw and double track location.The drive motor adopts the variable
frequency motor,big torque,wide selection range,reliable and stable work.
7.With two work modes:automatic operation and manual,it makes the instrument operation and daily mantainance much
convenient and easy.
